Terms of Service

Last updated: August 31, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Loop, the AI-powered workflow built and operated by Cordyx ("Cordyx," "we," "us"). By using our website or engaging Cordyx to run Loop for your business, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, booking a demo, or using Loop, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or the service.

2. Description of Service

Loop is a workflow that captures incoming leads for a home service business, responds to them, qualifies the request, follows up automatically, and helps get the appointment booked and confirmed. Loop is delivered by Cordyx on behalf of the business that engages us; it does not replace a business's own staff, and a real person at the business is tried first before Loop's AI steps in.

3. User Responsibilities

As a business using Loop, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your business and services.
  • Have the right to send text messages and communicate with your customers through the channels connected to Loop, and to obtain any consent required to do so.
  • Use Loop only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms.
  • Keep any account credentials or access we provide secure and confidential.

4. Payment Terms

[Placeholder: pricing has not been finalized. This section needs to specify billing frequency, accepted payment methods, what happens on a missed or failed payment, and any refund policy before this page goes live for paying customers.]

5. Intellectual Property

The Loop workflow, this website, and all associated content, branding, and software are the property of Cordyx. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in Loop or Cordyx's underlying technology.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Loop is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that Loop will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any specific business outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cordyx is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Loop or this website, including lost revenue or lost business opportunities.

7. Termination

Either party may stop using or providing Loop at any time, subject to the terms of any separate service agreement in place. We may suspend or terminate access to Loop if these Terms are violated or if use of the service creates risk or legal exposure for Cordyx or its customers.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles, without regard to Cordyx's physical location.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
