This policy applies to people who contact a business that uses Loop (by phone, text, web form, or ad), visitors to cordyx.co, and people who book a demo with Cordyx or call our live demo number.

When you interact with a business using Loop, or with Cordyx directly, we may collect:

• Phone number
• Email address
• Service address
• Details about the service you're requesting
• Appointment dates and times
• Recordings and transcripts of calls
• Your choices about receiving text messages

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, qualify your request, schedule appointments, send confirmations and reminders, follow up on behalf of the business you contacted, and request feedback after a completed job. We also use it to operate, maintain, and improve Loop.

Calls handled by Loop are recorded and transcribed to deliver the service, for example to capture the details of your request and confirm your appointment. We give you notice at the start of the call.

Loop sends text messages on behalf of the business you contacted, only if you agree to receive them. You can agree verbally during your call. We then text you to confirm your enrollment, with instructions to opt out or get help. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of booking.

You may receive:

• Booking confirmations
• Appointment reminders
• Follow-up messages if you inquired but have not booked
• Review requests after a completed job

• Message frequency varies by the stage of your inquiry: up to 7 messages per inquiry.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out of further messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or email support@cordyx.co.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This includes mobile phone numbers and text-message opt-in and consent data, which are never sold or rented.

Your information is shared with the specific business you contacted through Loop, so they can respond to your request and complete the service. We also use service providers, including telephony and voice-AI providers, database providers, and email and hosting providers. They process information only to deliver the service and never for their own marketing. We do not sell your information.

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the service, respond to your request, and meet legal or business record-keeping requirements, after which it is deleted or de-identified.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to know what personal information is collected and to request its deletion.
