Why we built Loop.
Home service businesses run on trust and timing. A customer with a broken AC or a leaking pipe calls more than one company, and the first one to respond, qualify the job, and get an appointment on the calendar usually wins the work, not necessarily the best one, just the fastest.
We looked at what businesses were using to solve this and found a lot of partial answers: a text that fires once and stops, a chatbot that answers questions but can't book anything, an add-on feature bolted onto software that was built for something else entirely. Each one covers a piece of the process and leaves the rest (the qualifying, the follow-up, the booking, the review request) as manual work for a team that's already stretched.
Cordyx exists to build the whole thing, not another piece of it. Loop is the result: one workflow, from the first signal to the booked job and the review that comes after.

In home services, the business that responds first usually wins the job. We started Cordyx because that window (the few minutes after a lead comes in) is where most revenue quietly leaks out, and no one was building a workflow dedicated to closing it.
